It will enable you explore what are the external influencers and how they can impact your leadership style.
It will align your internal values with your leadership style to support you lead with purpose and authenticity
It introduces more of the CORE® Dynamics principles and it assists you integrate them into your leadership. It will come with additional workbooks and tools (iPEC proprietary, i.e. the SCOPE app to measure in real time your energy levels /attitudes towards a specific project/task).
