It begins with the administration of the ELI - Energy Leadership Index®, an Attitudinal Assessment tool of 85 self-paced questions:

• It captures how you present yourself to the outside world, both in normal and stressful times.

The first session includes a full review of your ELI report along with the introduction to “The 7 Levels Energy Framework for Mastery in Life and Business”®. 

The 90–120 minute debrief includes structured self-reflection through guided questions that uncover mindset patterns, limiting beliefs, and your energetic leadership profile. 

The 3 subsequent sessions (60 minutes each) are spread over 2-3 months. 

Each session builds on your ELI insights and focuses on elevating your mindset to higher energetic levels. You will explore how you think, lead, and respond in both calm and challenging circumstances and translate those insights into intentional leadership behaviors. It empowers you to turn those discoveries about WHO you are and HOW you show up into purposeful actions and plans. 

A monthly cadence is recommended to allow for reflection, workbook completion, and integration. Bi-weekly sessions are also available. Email support between sessions is included.

This program builds on the Initiation Program and extends your development with six additional 1:1 sessions over the following three months:
