Hi, I’m Diana Flaminzeanu.

Diana brings over 25 years across healthcare, life sciences, and biopharmaceuticals — and a rare ability to bridge worlds most practitioners keep separate. Trained in iPEC's Core Energy Coaching™ and classical homeopathy (DCHM, FCHM, RsHom), she works at the intersection of energy leadership and gentle therapeutics. Her approach is about meeting you where you are and knowing exactly which tool to reach for — whether that's shifting your energetic patterns through coaching or working with the body's own healing intelligence through homeopathic medicine.

A Rare Translational Perspective

For executives, physician leaders, scientists, and healthcare professionals stepping into greater responsibility, Diana offers something most practitioners can't: over 25 years of lived experience across healthcare systems, global life sciences, and biopharmaceuticals — combined with deep formal training in coaching and integrative medicine.

She helps you move from technical expert to system-level leader. That means integrating scientific rigor with strategic thinking, navigating complexity with clarity, and expanding your influence within high-stakes environments — without losing who you are in the process.

MENTORSHIP and the INTERPLAY with COACHING

Coaching

Coaching is defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as “Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential”.

Mentoring

Mentorship is the patronage, influence, guidance, or direction given by a mentor. A mentor is someone who teaches or gives help and advice to a less experienced and often younger person. In an organizational setting, a mentor influences the personal and professional growth of a mentee.

Although the 2 practices are very distinct, as Coaches, we do support our clients with resources. In my specific case, as I am tailoring my coaching to the life sciences/biopharma and healthcare space, I have and have been operating my career knowing the intricacies of these fields.

We can discuss specifically how the mentoring can play its own role as adjacent to the coaching. When the primary goal expands outside self development and entails how to understand and navigate the complexity of the system we can further explore how to advance your career in alignment with your skills, talents and aspirations.
